Smashing Pumpkins w/ Bad City

 Chicago-based alt-rock band Smashing Pumpkins — singer/guitarist Billy Corgan, bassist Nicole Fiorentino, guitarist Jeff Schroeder, and drummer Mike Byrne — visit Charleston during a 12-show run of intimate venues in July. The band recently released the four-song Teargarden by Kaleidyscope Vol. 1: Songs for a Sailor EP — the first of a series of 11 mini albums. Bad City opens at 8 p.m. $45 (adv.)
