Bluegrass music will be provided by Charleston's own Flatt City & Guilt Ridden Troubador.This is a charity event to benefit the Center for Women program Lowcountry Women with Wings - rising above ovarian cancer. Costumes are not required, but are encouraged, come on out & HAVE FUN!
