Phillip is a real gentleman!  He’s a small 6-year-old Jack Russell who loves to play tug-of-war with a rope or sit in your lap.  He is house-ready with his superb manners, housetraining, and friendliness with humans and other canines.  Phillip is white with a tan spot around one eye and tan speckles on the backs of his ears.  Phillip was found stray with a Jack Russell friend named Claire who has already found her forever-family.  Meet him at Pet Helpers!
